V=R*I+Vbemf, Vbemf= K*w; K=dV/dw, so w=(V-R*i)/K (w on rad/s); if you want to change the parameters of the DC motor, you need to calculate the resistance on the current dependent source, and you need to consider the change of current with the load on the motor.
