Bug in EC

When the simulation is started the green voltage level is from -10V to 0V, but is should be the same as blue (0V-10V). When the resistor value is changed during simulation first to low then high, the simulation gets back to normal.

This is a known issue with EC. Something to do with where it starts with the sampling, as long as you are aware of it, you can make allowances for it.

It is not a bug, a circuit like that will behave in the exact same way in real life

In reality and with EC a pulse would normally have a rise/fall time (not 0). I always set these to 1% min http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5352282560659456

Thanks! 1m% rise and fall times solves this problem

Yes, 1m% solves the problem here, but I have had problems with more complex circuits in the past if the rise/fall setting is much less than 1%.....so I prefer to use a default of 1% rather than 1m%

It works perfectly even with rise and fall times at 0%, although it's not much realistic
