Simple common emitter preamplifier

Whit just two NPN transistor such as bc172 or equivalent you can build this easy but usefull preamplifier

100 Ohm load to output stage is a bit to much for a 10kOhm collector resistor. And why dont switch second stage high impedance with first stage low impedance? The first one is then driven by the second seems to me a better combination.

In the original model the load resistence was 47k. By the way, i took this schematic from an old electronic manual, and i tried it as well. It perfectly work whit a total gain of 55. Max peak peak in value =90mv. Bye.
