В колебательный высокодобротный контур сигнал радиочастоты вводится параллельно, через конденсатор 10_pF. Резистор 3_кОм  снижает добротность. Если кремниевый диод заменить диодом Шотки, то напряжение на резисторе 1_МОм будет выше на 300_мВ.

The  radio frequency signal is introduced throuth 10 pF capacitor. If a silicon diode is replaced by a Schottky diode, the voltage across the 1 MOhm resistor is 300 mV higher .
