Using amplifiers bridged will double the output power. The top 2 amplifiers are bridged and the bottom amplifier is standalone for comparison.

Also for audio, bridging amplifiers adds a very important advantage which is zero DC output from a single supply without the need of any bulky bandwidth limiting capacitors .. It's basically as if the single supply has been mirrored negative

also it doubles the output "voltage", but quadruples the output "power"
