There are a couple of ways to signal the inputs. Easiest to use is the Logic source. Use one each for the A and B inputs.

Added the logic sources to inputs A and B, also needed a logic source to XOR #2 to bring it to a logic “low” state. Also added LEDs to indicate the output, right LED represents binary 1 and left LED is the carry bit (or also the binary 2.) if you switch on the extra logic source on XOR 2 it becomes a carry input and both LEDs light up which is binary 3.
