yes but since it works fine for most circuits where fast switching is not needed some might not think of the use of the connection to ground.

Light would travell faster if you moved in the oposit direction with any speed.

light still have the same speed the difference is that you move. a car that is going 100 goes 100 eaven if you are in it or not the center of the universe is not you it is not eaven in our galaxy.
