Feedback with less phase margin frequency domain

I see a third order lowpassfilter and in between a comparator. First LPF stage with a switchable highpass conponent. I can not see any feedback. Can you explain a little more in detail?

It's loop gain analysis so loop is opened. Before compensation this system will be oscillated. But after compensation system has phase margin so system will be stabilized(not oscillated).

Ok, now it makes more sense to me. The only thing is, that the point you try to compensate is that deep into noise floor and also after increase of margin, that I do not think it will change anything in reality. Cuz noise means random and after compensation its still noise and random.... ?
