The relay won’t last long in this configuration but I made a few changes to extend the life of the relay and the LED: http://everycircuit.com/circuit/4723104803454976

Your configuration has the relay switching at around 1KHz. In what world is that going to extend the life of the realy?

Besides, can a mechanical switch switch at 1KHz? Hell no!

The relay doesn’t switch as the capacitor blocks current flow.

@PrathikP it can achieve by simply changing the capacitor value of the time interval you want the simulation
