Single Led Traffic Light Signal

Traffic light consists of 2 parallel pulses. Green is on from 0 to 55 percent of the cycle. The Red is on from 45 to 100 percent of the cycle. The Red and green are both on from 45 to 55 percent of the cycle to make the light look yellow.
