Also the version fron @wyoelk is much better readable then yours. @wyoelk, back to 1sec and 1MOhm, i have added a diode for a quick restart as timer. http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5048186914471936

the diode gives the path free to discharge the cap into the hole circuit. Without the diode, the discharge current would be limited by the resistor
