Измени скорость симуляции до 1s/s и поправь конденсаторы со 100uf на 20-40 uf

My Russian is pretty rusty, but I'm guessing this discussion relates to this circuit's reluctance to begin oscillating. Correct? Build this for real, and you will not encounter this problem, but the simulation is rather picky sometimes. If I may offer a simple solution- connect the base node of any one of the transistors to ground with a N.O. pushbutton switch, and a quick tap after starting the sim will net you the outcome you're trying for here.. =^)
