the left side is full wacw rec, we use inductor to covert uni current and charge a capacitor, use a diode to restrict the discharge path.

Nothing about this is right, nothing about your description is right... where to begin? I'll start with this, the full wave bridge rectifier should be on the other side of the transformer... you convert the ac after the transformer not before. Then delete the other diode. Start from there.
