Your dice is missing 1 and 4, an your randomizer needs improvements. But good attempt :)

With update 1 I fix the bug of missing 1 and 4 ... Thanks to roops1967 ... The real radomizer is the duration that buttom is pressing ...

That's better. Just move the pull-down resistor to after the switch so that the AND gate doesn't go 'offline' dark, and that parallel cap isn't doing anything so best remove it. Then your circuit would be almost better than mine ;)
