Works for me. What are you trying to accomplish? Ill fiddle more with it later and see if I cant break it. But it did work for me no problems.

Wrong connectivity. Maybe you didnt see the bad connectivity of voltage divider with transistor base. Also you need power source to drive the transister at the collector.
