16 switch matrix 1 analog line Arduino

I believe this circuit should work.  One analog line with 16 switch input for Arduino.  The motor is taking place of the analog line in.  Feedback would be helpful.

Is R1 meant to be 4.7ohms?

Yes, does the r value not exist?

The value exists, but the circuit results appear a bit strange. I substituted 4.7k and the results appears better.
