The top pot is the coarse tuning knob. The next pot is the fine tuning knob. The fixed voltage in the middle simulates a CV input (i.e. from a sequencer). The sine wave simulates an FM input with a knob for attenuation. The 2k resistor is a +3300ppm/1°C tempco resistor. The final pot is a Volt/Octave trimmer.
