This is originally a booster which convert 5V input to 13.3V output. 
- Transistor: BC337
- Diode: 1N4148
- Zener: 1N4743
Simulate this circuit and you will get magic simulation results, meanwhile, if you simulate this circuit using Multisim, you will get an "infinite" power source....(7.16V output) even if you switch off the input power.

BTW, remember to adjust transistor and diode parameters according to their own datasheets or just copy from Multisim database.

Forgot to attach the way to get "infinite" power source. - Make sure the switch is turned off; - Simulate this circuit; - Turn on the switch; - Check the output voltage; - Turn off the switch again.
