No Hammer, no ejector, no extractor, and no metal casing was the idea in the electric gun. The casing would be burnt up when the gun fired.
This is fired by 4.5 volt battery. The center area is to show the bullet with short twisted steel wool wire out back connecting to 4.5 volt battery to fire steel wool and light primer in .22 shell which has wad of tin foil behind outer bullet ( shown as AND logic gate).
