Jk flip flop help

I want to make a jk flip flop out of logic gates, and this one is the closest one but why does it blinks twice?

When I added NOT gate to one clock input this problem disappear, but there is still another one that JK block clock input is only falling slope sensitive. This gate constructed flip-flop is both slopes raising, falling sensitive.
