This is a voltage mirror. It takes the potential of the node connected to the non-inverting input of the OPAMP and mirrors it on the output. You can modify the circuit AFTER the node used as potential sample: nothing will change in the resistor-LED circuit. Add a resistor series or parallel to the lamp. Even remove the lamp. Then try to change the voltage generator. Enjoy!
