Poor CMOS buffer

Uses PMOS pull-down and NMOS pull-up devices. Doesn't work very well.

The p mos goes on top with the arrow facing away from the most positive terminal. The n mos goes on the bottom with the arrow facing the most negative terminal.

try increasing the voltage of the square wave pulse, try 10v max e -10v min. the mosfet's will turn on triode state putting out a square wave similar to the input signal

Thanks for your comments but the purpose here is to demonstrate the most basic intuitions on MOSFET switching, that NMOS pull down well but pull up poorly, and vice versa for PMOS.
