The fifth resistor needs to be added with different values (resistor further to the right). Note how the voltage flowing into the resistor changes as the resistor values increase or decrease. 

Additionally, note that a digital multi-meter has  an internal resistance of ~ 120 KOhms (depending on the brand). this could be verified by connecting the meter in series with the 220 Ohm resistor and measuring for volts.
