Fm transmitter using uA 741

Hello every body...
This is my first attempt to make FM transmitter using a uA 741 Operational Amplifier...audio input signal  5 Khz is the Modulating a carrier wich I can't figure the frequency ....thé output signal is injected in the transmitter antenna via a 94 nH coil....any help is welcome...thank you...

Eso solo tira 21khz y la frecuencia FM es desde 88khz hasta 108khz si no me equivoco

I still don't figure it why the frequency is only 21 khz...too low for a FM carrier frequency wich must be at least 88 Mhz...help please...
