Odd circuit

Nothing when turned on, though increase the voltage till the led lights, then restart.. nothing again.. the output is strange.. just odd and nothing for the practical.. just messing around here.

EC is hard to comprehend sometimes, especially when you just sting odd components together, keep on experimenting, and read up a bit more.
