Voltage Warning

I used this with my adjustable power supply circuit (using LM317 with current limiter). My Source has a maximum output of 18V. Vout can be regulated from 1.25V-18V(approx). I also did incorporate a thermistor to automatically cool down the heatsink of components using a small fan. This little and pretty basic circuit aids me to detemine if the voltage has gone over 10V (or 10.7V approx.). Red LED lights up as a warning. At a desired brightness, my LEDs measured Vred = 2.5V, Ired = 50mA Vgreen = 4V, Igreen = 125mA So you must adjust the circuit because your LEDs might have different ratings.
