Because, I was the first man on earth who tried to go to the moon! Unfortunately i failed but WTF the whole world is talking about Armstrong? No, actually no special reason. I havent even noticed its a different user. I just saw the circuit. Probably you look first on the username and not on its circuit, because you dont understand it anyway?
