Can anyone make this op amp work

Place a switch on the ov line start circuit with switch open then close. Limitations of The simulation software it especially doesn't play well with pnp transistors in opamp configuration. It can't seem to decide what happens at power on which transistor should begin to conduction first. There are other things to do but that's the simplest i am can think of.

This may not be the proper way, but I found by removing the ground from between the power sources, the circuit seems to work. Perhaps this is indicating an improper ground or biasing elsewhere in the circuit.

Increase the value of the output resistor to 10M. The problem seems to be a massive current running through the OPA which causes an numeric overflow at startup. Reducing the output current helps. The very same problem occures with the ready zo use OPA. Here reducing the load on the output and/or reducing the sensitivity helps.

maybe the ibias is too small ,change 50k res to 2k
