BJT collector feedback with Calculation

Ib = (Vcc - Vbe)/(beta+1)Rc + Re)
    = (2.85-0.787)(216*100+10000)
    = 65.28 uA
Ic = 215*Ib
    =  14.03 mA

- I would like to set Vbe to 0.65. Why does not the simulator has the option to change Vbe?
- What would happen to Ib  if Rc = 0? According to calculation, the gain is zero-ized because it is multiply to Rc.
