Nice effect

Messing around with Bushmill's oscillator and happened to stumble on this bit of eye candy thought it's worth sharing :) Ofcourse it can't be made into a real circuit, just an effect of the EC simulator The oscillator itself is interesting. It clocks by loading a hi state into latch A on startup, A will count up one to B, B will count down one to A, and so on. There are no gate delay to counters, so this is clocking as fast as EC can!

This is actually not "my" oscillator. At least I don't think it is. It's working principle was prior art - I did explore a few alternative configurations, but can't tell you which one of those was the original, and which ones were my alternative implementations, nor do I know whether those exist maybe as prior art too.
