Calculations and analysis. Drain Current (Id)= IR1 = Gate Voltage (V. GV)/R1. Here R1 = 1K I replaced the R1 with a variable resistor (VR1) to enable me to select the required current. If I = 814uA V = 2.31v (almost at off stage) Then R at the drain(output) = 2.31/0.000814 = 2.837K at a minimum voltage of 2.31v When R1 = 30 Ohms, then the current is 4.35mA r
