This circuit is mainly made with 3 principal components, wich are : *1 Binary up/down counter. *1 Binary to Hexadecimal Converter (7 Outputs) *1 LED Display (7 Inputs) How : The binary counter gets a signal from the synchronizer to the up or down input, the counter is initially on 0 (null) *0000* , with the synchronizer connected to either up or down input , the counter will start the operation of counting up or down. The outputs of the counter, are connected to our BTH Converter, the binary signal will then be converted into hexadecimal, and finally displayed on the LED Display. # Y_ACHEK
