Hi, can anyone correct me, i try to make a circuit that can handle a 25v 15a source. the circuit should on when the push button pressed, and when an SPDT switch pressed, it will be turned off. when the switch in pressed, the push button can turn it on back. when the circuit turned, the switch will bounce to the other state. i really not sure what i do wrong. PS : the mosfet is IRFZ44N

IRFZ44N Mosfet parameters seem not to be fine, KP should be 39.3 mA/V^2 (not uV), VTO should be 3.56 V which is a more realistic value as per Datasheet. Moreover, but I am not sure where my data come from, NMOS channel width should be 100um and length 100nm. The bjt is not polarized correcty, the base cannot be left open but a convenient resistance to ground and another one in serie should be placed in your circutry. The 10uF capacitor is brutally charged with no serie resistor and this came into a sharp high current transient that may damage the cap along the time. Apart my first comments, it is not clear to me what you really intend to do. Please tell some more details so I can help better. Cheers
