clockwise from top battery power ( pin 6), 5,8,1,4,3,2.

Top left audio input and lower right headphone output are 1/8 inch connection jacks. Lower left jack is regular 1/4 inch guitar jack plug.
Parts information: 10 uf and 100 uf are 25 WVDC electrolic capacitors.
