NiMH NiCd battery charger circuit

Sample charging circuit for 4 x 1.2v NiMH battery. I was looking for the circuit configurations to charge NiMH batteries fully. Unlike any other batteries, a few milli volt drop in such kind of battery monitors full charge condition in nature. So, it is tricky to configure analog circuit to get full charge condition.Someone may use uController to detect battery's negative delta voltage. But, I found a NDV detector circuit online, and I practiced one by myself, and it works. Be careful when choosing op amp. Not all the op amp models may work. First, I tried the circuit with LM358 , and I failed. Finally, I understand how circuit works and I tried with 741. It gave me a good result. After a few hours of charging time, LED turned on and it cut off the charging circuit. When I checked the battery voltage. It is fully charged as it said.
