I think is a xor, same imputs equal 0

Alright, but this circuit has two output nodes! It's equivalent is not just a basic gate.

Green ouput is logical XOR. Blue output is logical AND.

upper side is equavalent of XOR gate. down side is a simple AND gate. İf you add an OR gate to the end with has inputs upper side and down side; hole circuit will equavalent of OR gate.

As said by others, green is XOR and blue is AND. Same result can be achieved by removing top two AND gates, then connect outputs of the two NOT gates straight to XOR gate. Same logical functions with less gates!

Better still, use only the XOR and one AND gate. Same function with just 2 gates. Original was not a good design at all but maybe it was set as a test?

And yes, the circuit is a half adder as nock says. The bottom AND being the 'carry'. Nuff said!
