Current sources are only normally used in specific cases, most electronic circuits rely on DC power (batteries etc.)

I agree with BillyT... avoid Current Source in EC and use a battery where you think it should be placed. Experimenting with components is fun, even when they are wrongly placed, but that Current Source is likely to confuse you more than help you.
