The challenge was to use a single 555 timer (and a counter chip) to rapidly flash LED's simulating a vehicles turning signals.

This circuit is immune to noise and works at various simulator speeds such as 200ms/s. 

Flick the SPST switch and enjoy...😎

Perhaps within a few weeks or so, you’ll become impatient and you’ll publish good circuits, not this garbage you’ve been posting lately baiting me to “spammm” (your word) them. And when you do guess what happens next? I will return all your nauseating comments on every good circuit you publish.
