Because no currrnt flow in it. Voltage to led.is not enought

Maybe the ac source is 60Mhz and 1v? And the resistors are too high?

I think you remembered instead of 60hz 60Mhz😂

The diode inline with the led is redundant since the led itself is a diode. Too much voltage drop as your voltage is already too low.
