I mean it has too many resistors to be a basic Wheatstone bridge. So what is its intended use? Eh?

Yaa absolutely right but it has no current in a mid branch and the current in the resistance upper right to the battery 2A not changed by changing the resistance of mid branch because the terminal point of mid branch have equal voltage
