AC signal creater

I wanted to build a flip flop converting AC to DC to use wireless electric transmission . However , it says it cant find solution. I did the same with 555 same thing happened.Am ı doing somehting wrong?

Circuitry is easier to understand if it is laid out tidy. Also normal convention is to have the positive rail at the top of the circuit. All that aside, here is your circuit, tidied up a bit, and pulsing away. http://everycircuit.com/circuit/5049209051152384

Don't forget 99.99% of mosfets have a body diode. This body diode will bypass the mosfet unless you reverse the polarity on source and drain.

I would move the p channel mosfets to the positive and n channels to the negative.@billy?
