Handles addition and subtraction with twos complement integers. Top 3 logic sources are int A, bottom 3 are int B, middle is add if 0, sub if 1. 3 LEDs on the right are the sum/diff.
4 LEDs at the bottom are the N, Z, C, V flags from left to right. Follows the ARM convention.
