Remove the left battery. Swap the polarity of the rigth battery. Set voltaje to 36V. Set LED resistors to 600 ohms. Because there is too.much amp comsumption

You have to add voltaje from series component. Thas why you need so much voltaje. If you connect parallel led you may use 3v battery. But amp.comsumption ll be the same. So small batteries ll be depleted sooner.

There's alot you need to change. You need to flip all of your LEDS around and raise the voltage up to 70 volts.
