Two not-gate oscillators with slightly different frequencies -> active low pass -> passive low pass -> mixer ->  inverting amplifier. Outputs an amplitude modulated sine wave. I think the modulation frequency is related to the difference in frequency between the two oscillators. 379-350 = 29 Hz. 29 Hz ≈ 35 ms(p)
