Haha... This one is funny :-) But it is as simulation shows! When your inputs are both - your output is +. But in the next moment that output is the 2nd input and you have - + as input and the output is -. On the next moment this output (-) comes to input and you again have - -, wich resoults in + as output. And then you just repeat those 2 steps FOREVER!

You can do the same with NOR, NAND, XNOR, and NOT.
