It seems oscillate between 180 to 220, not -220 to 220

Place a resistor 1 kohm between collector of npn and 8 pin. Then increase ratio of transformer to 55 around.

You may also decrease resistor from 1k to few ohm (100 or 200) to increase current

Going up in transformation ratio to 55 gives you an ~10MOhm output impedance which lets you drive nothing not even a single led. Anyway, ratio 32 is not much better with ~3MOhm. Seems to be not so "EASY TO MAKE" as promised in your headline @diego92?
