The bulb resistance is 75Ohm. An AC voltage source has internal resistance of zero ohm! So why should go any current from cap to bulb? The current from cap is only going back and forth between ac source and cap. The current for the bulb is coming from ac source. In reality an ac source would have an internal resistance and would change the situation!
