It wont work if any Vbe of your transistor are below 650/700 mV

Here you need a 1,4 V bias voltage for each diode-transistor "couple"

And, because those opamp of EveryCircuit have their offset at 0V, you should make a +50V and a -50V power source around your H bridge

Or just replace the 100V by a -50V +50V
