So gentleman i give u the answer:3x3 switches(2-D Number array e.g. A[0][0] meaning first switch, the target switches are: coordinates（0, 1）（1, 0）（2, 2）. The useless switch is（2, 1）.In fact, the original circuit is logic "AND " with multi inputs, and many useless gates. Just delete them and you will find it !

I did all 511 combinations counting in binary. There are two ways to light up the LED; one off them probably uses that useless switch.
