Let's talk about the circuit earthing first, put a trace on the positive rail. Check the ripple, remove the AC earth, after restarting the sim, re-check the ripple, this is what happens when you double earth a power supply.

The basic idea of this circuit is very good but personally I would use a transformer. I don't have to talk about the component complexity/count, and wasted wattage.

Thank you BillyT for seeing the double earthing problem. I had problems with my ripple. For me this was more of a challenge then just adding a transformer in the circuit. Thanks for all advice !

Source and output were both referenced, source is now floating. Opposite of real life.
